Our Trained Staff
Our staff is trained in the proper preparation, holding and serving of hot and cold foods. We make all our own batter and hand dip the corn dogs. Our caramel apples are made from fresh granny smiths, dipped on site and rolled in chopped nuts. The popcorn is prepared fresh before your eyes, as is the cotton candy and the sno cones. All trailers are inspected regularly by Health Inspectors.
